Read the participant detail page
Everything one participant has done at one client, on a single page: bundles, courses, completions, Other Course certificates and attendance. This walks through each section and what it actually shows.
BEFORE YOU START
Get here from the Participants list — choose View on a row, or click their name. The page is always scoped to one client: if the same person also appears at a different client, that's a wholly separate participant record with its own detail page.
The sidebar
The card at the top shows whichever identifiers are on file — email, phone number, guest code — plus the owning Client. Below it, a jump menu scrolls to each section: Overview, Bundles, Courses, Course Completions, Other Courses and Attendance. Back to list returns you to the Participants page for this client.
Overview
A one-line summary — "Summary for" their email, phone or code — followed by three counts: Bundles, Courses and Completions. These are simple counts of the rows in the sections below, not a pass/fail judgment.
Bundle Participations
One row per bundle they're enrolled in at this client:
Course Participations
Every course session they've started at this client, whether finished or not — Course, Started, and the assignment client under Details. This is a wider net than Completions below: an abandoned attempt still shows up here.
Course Completions
Only finished attempts, passed or not — Course, Completed At, Passed (Yes/No). Delete in Actions removes a single completion permanently and asks first: "Delete this completion? This cannot be undone."
Other Courses
Every external-course certificate they've submitted through a bundle: Course, Bundle, Status (Approved, Under Review or Rejected), Completed On, Expires, and a Certificate link — only present once you've approved it.
Attendance
A short check-in count per bundle, restating the same figures already shown in the Attendance column of Bundle Participations above.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Treating Course Participations and Course Completions as the same list. Participations includes every attempt, even ones never finished; Completions only shows the ones that reached an end, pass or fail.

What next
For a faster read on just their courses, without opening this full page, there's a smaller report available straight from the list.
