HELP / PARTICIPANTS / RUN THE COURSES REPORT

Run the courses report

For any one participant, a small report breaks down every LMS course and Other Course they've touched at this client — without leaving the Participants list or opening their full detail page.

Open the report

1

On the Participants list, find the row — the number in the Courses column is their total completed-course count.

2

Choose the small (i) icon next to that number, titled View course details.

3

The Courses modal opens with two tables: LMS Courses — this client's own courses — and Other Courses.

Each table lists one row per course, drawn from every completion on file for this participant at this client.

Reading the columns

Both tables share the same six columns.

Course The course title.
Required Required or Optional, taken from the bundle item that includes it.
Taken How many completions are on file for this course.
Attempts The date of the most recent completion on file.
Expires The expiry date of that completion, from the course's Validity (days) setting. Blank if it never expires.
Status Marked PASSED once passing; left blank otherwise.

This report is scoped to one client, same as the participant record itself — courses or Other Courses at a different client don't appear here.

A COMMON MISTAKE

Reading a blank Status cell as "not attempted." Taken already tells you whether an attempt is on file; a blank Status next to a non-zero Taken count means it wasn't passed, not that nothing happened — check Attempts and Expires alongside it.

For a report scoped to one bundle instead of the participant's whole course history, choose the bundle's own tag on their row — it opens a fuller progress view with a status badge per course, including Not Passed and Not Started, not just Passed.

If something isn't working

"Error loading course details."

Close the modal and try again. If it keeps happening, refresh the Participants page first — the report needs the participant and the selected client to match.

The Other Courses table is empty

Either this participant isn't in a bundle that carries an Other Course, or no certificate has ever been uploaded for them.

What next

If an Other Course row is missing or Pending, the certificate that would settle it is uploaded from a different screen.
