Run the courses report
For any one participant, a small report breaks down every LMS course and Other Course they've touched at this client — without leaving the Participants list or opening their full detail page.
Open the report
On the Participants list, find the row — the number in the Courses column is their total completed-course count.
Choose the small (i) icon next to that number, titled View course details.
The Courses modal opens with two tables: LMS Courses — this client's own courses — and Other Courses.
Reading the columns
Both tables share the same six columns.
This report is scoped to one client, same as the participant record itself — courses or Other Courses at a different client don't appear here.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Reading a blank Status cell as "not attempted." Taken already tells you whether an attempt is on file; a blank Status next to a non-zero Taken count means it wasn't passed, not that nothing happened — check Attempts and Expires alongside it.
For a report scoped to one bundle instead of the participant's whole course history, choose the bundle's own tag on their row — it opens a fuller progress view with a status badge per course, including Not Passed and Not Started, not just Passed.
If something isn't working
What next
If an Other Course row is missing or Pending, the certificate that would settle it is uploaded from a different screen.
