Filter and search participants
The Participants list can hold hundreds of rows per client. The filter row above the table narrows it down by client, bundle, free text, and completion status, plus sorting and pagination for the rest.
The filter row
Four controls, left to right, plus a toggle on the far side.
Client — required. Nothing else on the page works until one is picked, and switching clients clears Bundle and Search back to empty.
Bundle — narrows the list to participants enrolled in one specific bundle at this client. Defaults to All Bundles.
Search — matches name, email, guest code or phone number, within the selected client only.
Choose Apply Filter to run it, or Clear Filter to reset Bundle and Search for the current client.
Turn on Show incomplete to hide anyone who has already cleared every required item in every bundle they're in.
These combine — Bundle plus Search plus Show incomplete together answer "who in Bundle X hasn't finished it yet, whose name matches this."
Reading the colour legend
Every bundle tag on a participant's row is coloured to match one of four states, explained fully in Progress states explained:
Sorting and paging
Choose the Last Activity column header to sort by most recent completion date instead of the default order (most recently active bundle first). The list is paginated 50 at a time, with Previous/Next and a "Showing X–Y of Z" count above and below the table.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Searching for someone and assuming they're missing from your account. Search only ever looks inside the selected Client — if they're enrolled somewhere else, switch clients first.
If something isn't working
What next
Once you've found the right participant, the colours and labels on their row are explained in full next.
