Offer a bundle in several languages
A bundle can present itself in more than one language — its own login screen and dashboard text, and a matching set of courses for each — so participants land on content they actually understand.
BEFORE YOU START
A bundle already has one language — whatever its Public Language is set to on Bundle Details. Adding a second or third only makes sense once you also have published courses in that other language, ready under the same client.
How language sections work
Only three locales exist across the platform: English, Deutsch and Français. A bundle's default section is whatever its Public Language is set to; each additional language you add becomes its own section with its own name, its own description and its own bucket of courses in Courses in Bundle.
Add a language
On Bundle Details, look at the tab strip above the form — it starts on Default – {Language}. Choose + Add Language.
Pick the Language for the new section — only locales not already used on this bundle are offered — and fill in its own Name and Bundle Information. These can genuinely differ from the default, not just be a translation of it.
Choose Save Language Details. A new tab for that language now sits in the strip alongside Default.
Fill each language's course list
Adding a language variant doesn't copy any courses across — each section starts empty and needs its own courses added on Courses in Bundle.
Open Courses in Bundle. Courses that already have a language counterpart show a "No {Language} translation" placeholder row beneath them, with its own picker limited to courses in that language.
Pick the course that is the same content in that other language, and choose Add. It slots in underneath its counterpart as a linked translation rather than a separate, unrelated course.
A participant who completes either language's version of a linked course is credited the same way for that item — that's the point of linking them, rather than adding the second-language course on its own.
GOOD TO KNOW
Always add a translation through the "No {Language} translation" row when one exists, rather than adding the same course independently through Add a Course. Linking keeps the two counted as one item across languages instead of two separate ones.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Leaving one language section with fewer courses than another. The editor shows a "Language coverage warning" banner at the top whenever a section is missing courses entirely, or when the course counts between languages don't match — worth checking after every change here.
Remove a language
Open that language's tab and choose Delete {Language} language at the bottom, after confirming. This also removes that language's own courses from the bundle — it doesn't touch the default language section or its courses, and it doesn't delete the underlying courses themselves.
