Redeem a voucher
A voucher code adds a fixed number of credits to your account the moment you redeem it — no PayPal, no waiting. This walks through redeeming one and what each error message on the page means.
BEFORE YOU START
You need an actual voucher code first — there is nowhere in the dashboard to request or generate one yourself. Codes come from HSE.swiss support or your account contact.
Redeem the code
Redemption lives on the same page as buying credits, in its own card.
From the sidebar, open Billing & Usage, then Buy Credits.
Find the Redeem a Voucher card below the Buy Credits card.
Type the code into Voucher Code. It is switched to uppercase automatically as you type, so case doesn't matter.
Choose Redeem Voucher.
What happens next
If the code is valid, still active, and has redemptions left, it's applied immediately: a confirmation banner reads "Voucher redeemed successfully!" with the number of credits added, and the new balance shows up right away in the Active Credits table on Overview, labelled Voucher.
GOOD TO KNOW
A voucher code isn't necessarily single-use. Some are set up to be redeemed a set number of times, possibly by more than one account, and keep working until every allowed redemption has been claimed.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Retrying the same code after it says its uses are exhausted. That message doesn't identify who used the remaining redemptions or when — there's nothing left to claim on that code, and retrying won't change the outcome. You need a different code.
If something isn't working
What next
Check that the credits landed where you expect, or add more if a voucher wasn't enough on its own.
