Update your profile details
My Details holds the optional name or company and address stored on your account. Neither is required, and your email address can't be changed from here.
What's on the Overview page
My Profile opens on Overview: your email, the date you joined under Member Since, and a Your Features box listing what's switched on for your account — Attendance, Other Courses, Additional Clients and SMS Login, each marked Enabled or Disabled. Contact support to switch on a feature that's off.
Below that, three quick-link cards jump to My Details, Password and Two-Factor Auth, each showing a short status — your name if you've set one (or "Not set" if you haven't), a masked password, and whether two-factor authentication is on.
Update your name and address
Both fields live on one screen and save together.
From My Profile, open My Details in the sidebar.
Under Name / Company (optional), enter your name or company. It's what shows on the Overview quick link instead of "Not set."
Under Address (optional), enter your address as free text — street, city, postal code and country all go in the one box.
Choose Save Profile.
You'll see "Profile updated successfully," and the Overview page reflects the change immediately.
GOOD TO KNOW
Both fields are optional. Leaving them blank doesn't stop anything else in the account from working — My Details exists for your own record-keeping, not for anything client-facing.
What you can't change here
Your email address is shown at the top of the page under Email, but there's no field to edit it — it's fixed to the address you registered or were created with. TODO: confirm — whether support can change the email address on a request.

What next
Your details are one part of the account. Sign-in security is the other, and it lives in the two neighboring sections of My Profile.
