Use the image library
Images and PDFs used across Info, Confirmation, Quiz and Ordering pages all come from one shared Media Manager, organised into folders. Upload once and reuse the same file on any page in any course.
BEFORE YOU START
Only upload media you have the rights to use — the upload panel repeats this warning every time, and it's worth taking seriously since these files can end up embedded in a client-facing course.
Insert an image
In any page's content block, choose Insert Image. A small panel offers two choices: By URL, for an image already hosted somewhere else, or Media Manager, to pick or upload one.
Inside the Media Manager, click any thumbnail to insert it at the cursor. Click a folder to open it, or use the arrow at the top-left to go back up a level.
Upload a file
Choose Upload Image or PDF, pick a file, and choose Upload — or just drag the file anywhere onto the panel. Accepted types are JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG and PDF.
Choose New Folder to keep uploads organised — useful once a course or client builds up more than a handful of files. Name it and choose Create.
The maximum file size is shown right above the upload area, and it isn't a fixed number — it's whichever is smaller of the server's post_max_size and upload_max_filesize settings, so it can differ between environments.
Resize and position an inserted image
Click an image already sitting in the content to open the resize popup, then drag the slider anywhere between 120px and 680px wide.
Tick Float right to wrap text around it, or choose Replace Image or Remove Image to swap it out or take it off the page entirely.
GOOD TO KNOW
Content is capped at 720px wide, so an image resized above that will still be constrained by the page itself — 680px on the slider is about as large as it can usefully go.
Delete a file from the library
Deleting from inside the Media Manager (rather than removing it from one page) checks first whether the file is actually in use. If it's embedded in one or more courses, the confirmation dialog says so explicitly and warns that deleting it will break wherever it's displayed or linked from. If nothing uses it, the dialog says that too. Either way, once confirmed the deletion cannot be undone.
A COMMON MISTAKE
Deleting a shared logo or diagram straight from the library because it's no longer needed on one course, without checking the usage warning first. If several courses reuse the same file, removing it from the library breaks it everywhere at once, not just the page you were editing.
