Read course results

Every completed attempt at a course lands on its Results page — one row per participant, with the score, pass/fail outcome, and whatever certificate came out of it. This covers what each stat and column means, how to filter the list, and what deleting a result actually does.

The stat cards

Four numbers sit at the top of the page, always covering the whole course — they don't change when you apply a filter below.

TOTAL COMPLETIONS Every recorded attempt, passed or failed.
PASSED Attempts that met Required Points to Pass — regardless of whether they've since expired.
FAILED Total Completions minus Passed.
AVERAGE SCORE Mean score across every completion, as a percentage.

Reading a row

Below the stats sits the table itself, one row per attempt.

NAME Along with the participant's email — or a guest code if they registered without one.
SCORE Points earned over points available, with the percentage alongside.
RESULT A Passed or Failed badge — plus Expired, layered on top of Passed, once Validity (days) has run out for that completion.
COMPLETED Date and time the attempt was finished.
CREDITS USED Only shown when billing is switched on for your account.
CERTIFICATE Only shown if this course has a certificate assigned on its Certification tab — a download button appears for every participant who passed.

What Expired actually means

Expired only ever appears next to a Passed result, and only once the course has a Validity (days) set. It's worked out live each time you open the page — completion date plus Validity (days), compared with right now — so it's never stale, and it disappears immediately if you raise or clear Validity (days) on the course.

GOOD TO KNOW

An Expired completion still counts toward the Passed stat card at the top of the page — expiry affects whether a bundle treats the course as current, not the historical record of whether the participant passed it.

Filter the list

1

Type a name, email or code into Search, choose a status from Result — All results, Passed, Failed or Expired — and choose Filter. Clear resets both.

Delete a result

The trash icon on a row confirms with Delete this result? This cannot be undone. — and it means it: the completion record is removed permanently, with no way to bring it back. Use it for genuine mistakes, like a test attempt that ended up here by accident, not as a way to tidy up failed attempts.

If something isn't working

There's no Certificate column

No certificate is assigned to this course. Set one on the Certification tab and the column appears for anyone who passes from then on.

Credits used isn't showing

That column only appears when billing is enabled on your account.

A completion I expected to show Expired doesn't

Check that the course still has Validity (days) set on Course Settings — clearing it removes every expiry date, past and future.

I deleted the wrong result

There's no recovery. If the participant needs to be recorded again, they'll need to complete the course a second time.

What next

If a course sits inside bundles, its results tell only half the story — bundle-level reporting rolls several courses together.
