Read bundle results

The Results page for a bundle shows who's registered, how far each participant has gotten, and — if attendance is switched on — where and when they last checked in.

From the bundle editor, or from the bundle's card on the client's Bundles page, choose Results.

Read the summary cards

Five cards sit above the table, giving a quick read on the whole bundle before you look at any one participant.

Registered Total participants who have signed up to this bundle, regardless of progress.

Bundle Completed Participants who have passed every Required course in the bundle.

In Progress Participants who have started at least one course but not yet finished every Required one.

ELMS Courses / Other Courses How many internal courses and how many Other Courses this bundle contains in total, side by side.

Filter and search

Use Search to find someone by name, email, phone number or guest code.

Use Status to narrow the table to Completed, In Progress or Not Started.

If Attendance Check-in is enabled for this bundle, a Location filter appears as well, so you can look at one physical location at a time.

Read a participant's row

Each row is one participant. The columns shown depend on whether the bundle has a certificate assigned and whether Attendance is enabled.

COURSES Passed over total Required courses, as a fraction. An info icon next to it opens a breakdown of every course and its status.

BUNDLE CERT Only shown if the bundle has a certificate assigned. A certificate icon appears once the participant is eligible; otherwise a dash.

STATUS Complete, In Progress or Not Started, as a coloured pill.

LAST ATTENDANCE Only shown with Attendance enabled — the most recent check-in and check-out time, plus the location.

GOOD TO KNOW

The info icon next to a participant's course count opens a modal with the full course-by-course breakdown, and — if Attendance is enabled — their whole check-in history, not just the most recent visit.

A COMMON MISTAKE

Expecting an Optional course to move someone toward Complete. It never does — only Required courses count. If nobody reaches Complete, check whether a course meant as background material is still marked Required.

Nobody has registered for this bundle yet. Share its link — shown on the same empty page — to get started.

There's no Bundle Cert column

No certificate has been assigned to this bundle yet. Set one up on the Certificate tab.

A participant shows a dash instead of a certificate icon

They haven't yet passed every Required course — including any Required Other Course still awaiting approval.

What next

The certificate icon in this table is the fastest way to get a participant their proof of completion — worth understanding how it's actually generated.
